Release and Waiver For Intuitive and Spiritual Consultations
I acknowledge that Karen Winter is an Intuitive Guide, Spiritual Counsellor and Compassion Key Master Practitioner. I acknowledge that Karen Winter is not a medical doctor or psychology professional and accordingly any information or ideas she shares during our work together is only a personal opinion and will not be construed as medical or psychological advice. I will rely on my own medical practitioner or mental health professional for advice related to medical or psychological treatment.
Similarly, I acknowledge that Karen Winter is not a licensed financial advisor or planner, nor is she a marriage counsellor or a lawyer, nor does she claim to have any special certifications of any kind. Accordingly, any information or ideas she shares during our work together is only a personal opinion and will not be construed as professional financial advisory services, legal advice or anything else other than his personal opinion and intuitive guidance.
I recognize that the other tools and processes that Karen employs are only one potential factor in the management of my physical and mental health, my financial life, my relationships or any other part of my life, and that the work Karen and I do together may in fact have no impact on my physical or psychological health or any other part of my life. I recognize that ultimately it is up to me whether I choose to follow the information and guidance provided by Karen Winter and that it is advisable for me to consult with medical or mental health professionals with regards to matters related to my physical and mental health, and consult with other licensed professionals with regards to legal or financial matters or other matters that might require specialized support from licensed professionals.
I understand that Karen does not offer any refunds and I understand and agree that I will not receive a full or partial refund under any circumstance. I further understand that if I choose not to use all of the time and sessions I have paid for within 12 months, I will forfeit my rights to this time/these sessions, and I will not receive a full or partial refund. I further understand that if I need to reschedule a session with Karen, that I need to give her at least 24 hours written notice. If I reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, I will forfeit the session scheduled time in its entirety, if I don't show up or cancel with enough notice.
In consideration of the services, information, and support I have received or will hereafter receive from Karen Winter, I hereby hold harmless Karen Winter from any and all liability in consequence of such services, information and support given, and release and waive all claim for damage, as a result of such services, information and support. This release shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigned.
I have read this Release prior to signing and I understand its effect. I am aware that by signing this Release and Waiver I am waiving certain legal rights, which I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigned may otherwise have had. If any part of this agreement is deemed to be legally unenforceable, the other parts and provisions will remain valid and in force.
I am willing to be guided through relaxation, visual imagery, hypnosis, and/or stress reduction techniques. I am aware regular these modalities are no–medical in nature and it is my responsibility to consult my regular doctor about any changes in my condition or changes in my medication.
I understand that the healing modalities offered on this website and by Karen Winter are not substitutes for regular medical care and I have been advised to consult my medical doctor or health–care practitioner for treatment of any old, new, or existing medical conditions.
I understand that change is my own and complete responsibility. I understand that ALL HEALING IS SELF HEALING and that Karen Winter is only a “facilitator” in the process of helping me to solve my own problems. It is my responsibility to be open and honest, provide accurate feedback, and be forthcoming with details and information that may help me achieve my outcomes.
I understand and agree that Karen Winter and Jade Path Private Association and all of its associates, will not be held responsible or liable in any form for any type of gross negligence, as this is my sovereign process of self-healing.
I understand that my name and personal information will be kept completely confidential. I understand that often during appointments, universal information is provided through the client to benefit all of humanity. If you would not like your identity to be shared, you agree that Karen Winter may still share cosmic/universally relevant information that may benefit humanity, so long as your identity is not mentioned.
I agree to allow Karen Winter to share this information and any accompanying story summary either on video, in written form, in blogs, or books as long as my name and all personal/relevant details are omitted or changed to protect my identity.
